I agree with the point you made about how your learnings in this class has helped you realize that social media is not something to avoid for professional use, but instead an opportunity to develop yourself as an educator! This is super important to realize as social media can be an incredible tool for professional development – you just need to be mindful of how you use it to maintain your digital identity! I also liked the point you made about media literacy, as this is a critical skill to develop if you are planning to use social media for professional interactions (or personal endeavours as well).

It was great reading your blog this week! I really enjoyed reading about your personal example about how you utilized your PLN and technology to obtain a teaching position. It is great to see PLNs in action and how beneficial your networks were for you! I also agree with your viewpoint on your final project. My group also created a podcast and it was super beneficial to reflect on PLNs and how our viewpoints evolved throughout the course.
